Rev. Dr. 'Debo Onabanjo
Rev. ‘Debo was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria in West Africa before relocating to the US in 2005 and holds dual citizenship. He is happily arried to ‘Lola and they are proud parents of three young sons – Joshua, Daniel, and Samuel. He is a graduate of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and the University of Lagos, two of the premier Universities in Nigeria and attended The Methodist Theological Institute, Sagamu, Ogun State in Nigeria for his seminary training. He has also taken courses at the United Theological Seminary, Dayton, Ohio where he recently completed the required coursework for the conferment of the Doctor of Ministry (D Min) Degree in May 2022. Rev. ‘Debo is an Ordained Priest in the Methodist Church Nigeria, the first Christian denomination in Nigeria that will celebrate 180 years of continuous ministry in 2022. He is also an Ordained Elder in full connection in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church and has been in ministry since 1995 when he first became a fully accredited Lay Preacher. He currently lives with his family in Blacklick, Ohio.
